The design is loud and, well, I guess not cheap exactly, but it does kind of have that cheaper-looking vibe to me. Just not something I’d personally go for...

I returned my order thinking it would be a simple process, but wow, it turned into this whole dramatic saga I absolutely did not sign up for. It took forever to hear anything back, and the refund details were so unclear I felt like I needed a detective board with red string just to figure out what was happening. I had to keep chasing them for updates, which was beyond annoying when all I wanted was my money back. i’m not ordering from them again.

My order showed up late again, and it was disappointing. I know delays happen, but when it becomes a pattern, it starts to feel like the time you set aside to wait around doesn’t really matter. I was hoping for a smoother experience this time, but the long delivery definitely took away from it.

The site itself was decent, like it looks nice enough and I could find what I needed without much trouble. Prices and sizes were laid out clear, so no big issue there. But the checkout was kind of slow and a bit annoying. I had to refresh the page once before the payment finally went through, which is never fun. Overall, it worked in the end, just feels like it could be smoother.

I ordered a jacket from Trapstar London, and to be fair, the jacket itself was fine. My issue was more with how it arrived, because the packaging gave me a underwhelming first impression.

It came in a really thin mailer that was already ripped on one side, and there wasn’t much protection inside. The product bag was all creased up too, which made it feel like the order hadn’t been handled with much care.

Shipping was alright, so I don’t really have complaints there. But for the price, I personally expected the whole thing to feel a bit more premium when it showed up, and the packaging just made it seem cheaper than it should have.

I got this hoodie and overall I’m happy with it. The material feels sturdy, the stitching looks clean, and it’s comfortable to wear. I also washed it once and was relieved to see it kept its shape, which is always something I worry about with hoodies. My only hesitation is that it fits a bit tighter than I expected, so I’d probably size up next time just to feel more comfortable. Still a good buy, just not totally perfect for me.

I was looking for a jacket and fully expected it to be sold out in about five seconds like these drops usually are, because apparently that’s just how things go now. But somehow, the size I wanted was still showing as in stock, and checkout was painless, which was a nice little surprise.
I also didn’t get one of those fun “sorry, we canceled your order” emails afterward, so that was refreshing. i’m happy with it. The site stock seemed accurate, which really shouldn’t feel like a luxury, but here we are. I’d buy again if they keep it this way.

I ordered my normal size and it fit pretty much how I hoped it would. The hoodie has that comfy, slightly loose feel I like for everyday wear, but it’s not oversized or sloppy. The bottoms fit true to size on me too, which was a relief because I hate having to guess with sets like this. It reminds me of the kind of outfit I’d throw on for a relaxed weekend or running errands. Overall, really happy with the fit and I wouldn’t size up.

The tracking gave me a bad first impression. It barely updated for days, so I kept having to check it myself and wonder what was going on. The parcel did eventually arrive, but the whole waiting around with no clear updates was really annoying.

Not gonna lie, I ordered from trapstarlondon.com and the delivery was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info after about a day, and the parcel showed up around 3 days later. The only thing I’d say is the updates could be a bit clearer, but overall I’m happy with how fast it arrived

I ordered goods from this company in December for my son.

My son used his Christmas money to buy a tracksuit, which cost him £200

The tracksuit has never been received. No update received, and no phones are answered.

There appears to be no customer service, and I can't seem to get my money back.

Absolutely disgusting service and even worse, my poor teenage son has lost

if you want to wait an eternity for your goods only to find when they finally arrive that the sizing is way off, then pay for your own tracked return to their warehouse and never hear from them again and be £250 poorer, then go ahead and order. Have reported to trading standards.
