Ordered son a tshirt 17/4 still not arrived on 9/5 Laressa in customer service is shocking and so rude. I told her my child was autistic and asks every day she said it will be dispatched two weeks ago still nothing. Try calling, no answer. Leave voice mail no call back! She then told me she was putting me into the chat manager and never did. Absolutely scandalous.

I bought a tracksuit from this site, it has arrived early and in perfect conditions. The tracking of the parcel was perfect

I never received my order. I ordered on 10/03 with a delivery timeframe of 15-20 days. It is now 24/04, I have received no dispatch email and no responses to my recent emails. I will be going to small claims court my order cost £125.00! Don’t sell items if you can’t fulfill orders

Ordered my son a £190 tracksuit , arrived promptly but within one wash the tracksuit is falling apart

Horrendously poor customers services , no response what so ever , don’t answer ANY contact - avoid at all costs people this place is shocking

Over priced for poor quality item and don't respond to emails.
My son paid £200 for a tracksuit. Writing peeled after 3 hours of wearing and customer services nit responding.

Customer service is abysmal, not even worthy of 1 star.
Only place an order if you’re not overly interested in receiving your order.
You won’t get a response from customer services.

Awful service had to wait months for a refund and couldn’t get anyone from. the place to actually help me and care about getting me my money back.

I ordered 2 t-shirts for my daughters birthday and I was a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews. The delivery stated it would be 3-5 working days. The 5 working days came and I hadn’t received them. I called the phone number on the website and spoke to a man who apologised and told me they would be sent straight away. Within an hour of the phone call I received a dispatch email and the next day they arrived. Although the T-shirts never arrived within the said timeframe communication was good. Thank you.

I felt foolish that I did not read the reviews before placing my order but only bought a few caps, so I did not spend too much! I ordered my goods at the weekend and expected delivery to take around 10 days but got a UPS notification they would deliver in 2 working days. I did wait around yesterday which was a tad frustrating and the delivery did not arrive but I did get a further notification it would arrive on day 3 and the delivery arrived safely by lunchtime and I love my hats which look great quality! It's a shame other customers are suffering it seems and I hope things get sorted ASAP but my experience has been first class!

placed an order on the 27th January, after several emails and phone calls it seems i can only get one automated email response saying sorry for your delay we will ship at the end of next week - which never happens! it is now the 4th April and i haven't received any shipping information.
Ive also tried to reach out on social media but comments are deleted and messages are not responded to, all in all i will not be purchasing anything from Trapstar again and would strongly advise other people to do the same

Only giving one star as can't give zero! Do not buy from Trapstar! Daughter worked hard for her money, she's only 15 and paid £155 for an item which hasn't been received. She's emailed, I've emailed, we've contacted through social media. Nothing. Absolutely disgusting service. I'm so upset and angry for her.
